Yes. You do not receive an empty system without guidance. We cover the basic settings, roles and first steps so the club can continue its daily work with confidence.

New clubs are currently set up through the AktivZona team. This lets us prepare the initial settings and confirm the right plan before the first sign-in.

The platform is designed for club management, coaches and parents. Each role gets an experience tailored to the tasks and information it needs.

You receive access through your club once it starts using AktivZona. Contact club management for your account and instructions for accessing the iOS or Android app. The club access request form is for representatives of new clubs.

No. Management handles club information and obligations, coaches work with assigned groups, while parents see information connected to their children.

Yes. Multiple children can be linked to one parent account, and the parent selects which child's schedule, attendance and membership fee to view.

Yes, AktivZona covers every platform. Club management has access to both the web app and the iOS and Android app, while coaches and parents use the iOS or Android app once the club receives access, built for daily use on a phone.

The club can create recurring practices and special activities, connect them to the appropriate groups and make the schedule available to management, coaches and parents.

The coach opens an assigned activity and marks member attendance. The record is saved so the club can later review attendance by member, group or period.

Yes. The platform records amounts, paid, unpaid and waived fees, future obligations and an archive of previous periods.

No. The club and its coaches collect membership fees outside AktivZona. They use the app only to mark who has paid and record amounts and statuses. AktivZona does not receive or process membership fee payments.

Management selects one or more groups. Parents see only announcements relevant to their children and groups, with a mobile push notification when enabled.

Management receives an overview of key membership, attendance and recorded payment data. The goal is to turn daily entries into clear indicators for better decisions.

Yes. Every plan includes members and groups, schedules, attendance, membership fees, reports and announcements. Plans differ only by the number of active children.

Yes. The Start plan has no monthly fee while the club has up to 10 active children. The Club, Pro and Enterprise plans include a 30-day free trial, in accordance with the terms of use.

We agree the next capacity level with the club before changing the plan. Data and daily operations remain in the same system without re-entry.
