1. Purpose of the website

The AktivZona website presents the sports club management platform, its features, plans and onboarding process. The website content is intended to provide information and establish contact with interested clubs.

2. Club access request

Sending a request does not automatically create an account or conclude a contract. A club cannot be created independently. The AktivZona team confirms the selected plan, manually creates the club account and provides sign-in details after reaching an agreement with the club.

3. Plans and capacity

The Start plan has no monthly fee for up to 10 active children. The Club plan for up to 50 active children costs RSD 3,990 per month, while the Pro plan for up to 100 active children costs RSD 7,490 per month; Enterprise terms for larger organizations are defined by a custom offer. Club, Pro and Enterprise include a 30-day free trial period before billing begins. All plans include the same features and differ by the number of active children. Coaches and parents do not count toward the limit.

4. Responsible use

Users are responsible for the accuracy of the data they provide, safeguarding their sign-in details and using the platform in accordance with their assigned role, the rights of others and applicable regulations.

5. Availability and changes

Features may be improved and changed for security, reliability and product development. Clubs will be informed through an appropriate channel of significant changes that affect the agreed service.

6. Intellectual property

The AktivZona name, visual identity, website content and software are protected by the rights of their respective owners. Using the website does not transfer ownership of these elements.
