1. Data we process

Through the contact or access request form, we receive the information you submit. This may include your full name, club name, email address, phone number, city, sport, number of active members, selected plan and message content.

The forms securely send this information to the AktivZona Firebase infrastructure. Website enquiries are available only in the protected platform-administrator inbox and cannot be accessed by club administrators, coaches, parents or other users.

2. Why we use the data

We use the data to answer your inquiry, prepare a presentation, assess the appropriate plan, set up a club account when agreed and provide support to existing users.

3. Data within the platform

Data about clubs, coaches, parents, children, activities, attendance and membership fees is processed within the AktivZona platform in accordance with the agreed service, assigned user roles and applicable regulations. Detailed processing terms for each club are defined when the service is activated.

4. Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal data. We may process it with technical infrastructure providers required for the operation and security of the service, subject to appropriate contractual and security safeguards. We retain data only as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected or as required by law.

5. Optional analytics and advertising cookies

If you consent, we use Google Analytics to understand visits, traffic sources, page interactions and form completion, and Google Ads and Meta Pixel to measure advertising results. Analytics and advertising are separate choices. Optional tags are not loaded before consent, and declining them does not prevent you from using the website or forms.

Measurement events describe actions such as viewing pricing, selecting a plan or successfully sending an enquiry. We do not include names entered in forms, email addresses, phone numbers, club names, messages or assistant conversation text in these events. Google and Meta may process technical identifiers and visit information according to their own privacy policies.

Your choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. When optional measurement is enabled, you can change or withdraw consent through Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawal stops our optional measurement events and removes accessible measurement cookies. It does not erase data already received by a provider.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of data, restriction of processing, or object where the legal requirements are met. Send your request to info@aktivzona.rs.
